Chad Schwarze

Chad Schwarze is a director in the equity private placement group at Piper Sandler, located in Minneapolis. Since joining Piper Sandler, Schwarze has successfully raised billions in private capital for clients across all of the firm’s focus sectors.

Schwarze has nearly a decade of transaction experience at Piper Sandler, where he is responsible for advising companies on equity and equity-linked financing transactions across a wide-range of industries including technology, healthcare, clean tech / agriculture, financial services, energy, business services / industrials and consumer sectors.

Schwarze graduated with high distinction from the Carlson School of Management at The University of Minnesota with degrees in finance and mathematics.
