Sherry M. Smith
joined its
board
of directors
, effective today.
Most recently, Smith was the executive vice president and chief
financial officer of
SUPERVALU,
INC.
(NYSE: SVU) where she also held the role of vice president,
senior vice president of finance and corporate controller from 1998 to
2002 and treasurer from 2002 to 2005. She is currently an independent
director at both
Deere
& Company
and
Tuesday
Morning Corporation
along with a committee member at
Realogy
Holdings Corp.
