Brian Wornow
as a managing director within financial services investment banking.
Wornow joins
Piper Jaffray
with more than 20 years of experience across the mortgage and lending sector, primarily within investment banking and capital advisory. As an investment banker, he has advised companies across residential and commercial mortgage lending, REITs, specialty finance & online lending, and asset management. Wornow will be based in the firm’s
New York
office.
Wornow was most recently with
KBW, Inc.
, where he was a managing director focused on equity and debt capital-raising and M&A advisory in its financial services investment banking group. Prior to that, he was with
Morgan Stanley
and
Dover Corporate Advisory, LLC
, focused on specialty finance lending, mortgage origination, mortgage servicing, fixed income trading & risk management, and securitized products.
