Robert Berstein
as a managing director focused on internet and digital media within
technology investment banking
. Berstein joins
Piper Jaffray
with more than 20 years of investment banking and venture capital experience, and will be based in the firm’s
Boston
office.
Berstein joins the firm from DCS Advisory (formerly Signal Hill), where he was a managing director focused on M&A and private capital advisory for internet companies. While at DCS, Berstein co-founded and led the internet and digital media practice for the firm. Previously, he held technology investment banking roles at Morgan Keegan (formerly
Revolution Partners
) and Jefferies.
