O’Brien brings 16 years of investment banking experience within the technology sector. Prior to joining

, O’Brien was the head of industrial software within the technology investment banking group at
KeyBanc Capital Markets
. Prior to that, he worked at
Revolution Partners, LLC
, which was acquired by
Morgan Keegan
and subsequently
Raymond James
. O’Brien earned a bachelor’s degree from
Brown University
.
