Ferdinand brings nearly two decades of investment banking and strategic advisory experience across banks, specialty finance, and fintech companies. He most recently held a senior role at Bayview Asset Management, focusing on credit investment opportunities and portfolio strategies. Prior to that, Eric spent more than a decade as a managing director at
UBS Investment Bank
and Sandler O’Neill & Partners. At
UBS
, he led sector coverage and advised C-suite executives and boards of directors on a wide range of corporate finance and strategic matters. At Sandler, he executed mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, restructurings, and shareholder activism defense assignments for financial institutions nationwide. Ferdinand received a bachelor’s degree and Master of Accounting Science from
Northern Illinois University
and earned his Master of Business Administration from
Columbia University
